Warranty Terms Different Types of Instruments:

Dear Customer, Pay particular attention to the following which are an integral part of the warranty. Obviously, any failure to comply with any of the following will exclude the product from warranty and the Company will not accept any liability for it.

• You should first read the pluskse.com section of the Downloads section, the Persian Equipment Manual, after preparing the product user manual.
• The buyer should visit the pluskse.com site up to 48 hours after the product is completed and complete the installation and warranty application form in the after sales service and submit the registration and shipping information to the relevant unit. Note that failure to submit this form at the time specified by the buyer will result in the withdrawal of the warranty and the Company will not be responsible for it.The standard spraying time is suitable for any type of instrument with a propeller, shaft and bearing, every 30 minutes with a standard lubricant spray made from special oil or lightweight.The air pressure behind the turbine should be between 2.2 and 2.3 times.
• Failure to use standard compressor and oil free standard will cause premature breakdown of rotary parts after standard dental compressor is used.
• Instruments that have been damaged by a loss or other injury are not subject to warranty.
• Avoid immersing any type of instrument in any disinfectant or using any type of disinfectant spray to clean the equipment separately. The Company will not be responsible for any failure to comply with this instruction.In case of equipment failure and need for services, trained and approved technicians should be employed otherwise the machine will be out of warranty at the time of warranty and the company will not accept any liability in case of non warranty.The temperature required to sterilize all types of instruments is 134 ° C.
• All equipment of this company has one year warranty and ten years after-sales service.
